Transparency note

Before launch, each pool freezes its total numbers, draw cost, prizes and number mappings. Those facts cannot be edited after publication. Every draw selects only from remaining numbers and commits the debit, number state, draw record and prize holding in one database transaction. The public audit log provides an inspectable history, but this version does not claim independently provable randomness.
